International Toastmasters Club
國際演講會（Toastmasters International）是一個國際型教育性質非營利組織，於全球各地推行演講會，全球超過30萬會員人數，目的為協助會員提升其溝通、演講及領導技巧。在台灣有企業型、校園型、社區型社團，而在眾多大學的學術性社團裡皆能看見Toastmasters的身影。
每週的社課由不同的環節串連出完整的Meeting。起初有暖場遊戲（Variety Session）帶動氣氛，緊接著是重頭戲——Prepared Speech Session，站上舞台成為眾所矚目的焦點，發表精彩的演說。中場休息過後是即席演講時間Table topics session，能夠訓練即時反應能力，讓所有參與者都有機會上台，針對問題發表一至二分鐘的回答。最後一個環節Evaluation Session 會有幾位講評著帶來回饋與建議，點綴出值得學習以及改進之處。而每位社員都能嘗試meeting 中不同的角色，藉由一次次的經驗累積，踏實成長。訓練社員的領導力、自信力、英文能力、溝通力、表達力。
Toastmaster is an official international club around the world. Many company and colleges have their Toastmasters club which are well-known in Taiwan and around the world.
Toastmasters can help you lose the fear of public speaking and learn skills that will help you be more successful in your chosen endeavor. You'll listen better. You'll more easily lead teams and conduct meetings. You'll comfortably give and receive constructive evaluations.
